we are Margherita and Gigio, we live in Kongsfjord since 2007. We fell in love with this wonderful place and we decided that we would have lived here. Today we love to host and welcome people from all over the world in our cosy apartments on the fjord.

At a latitude of 70°43’N, Kongsfjord will offer you an unforgettable arctic experience. The deserted tundra and the sweetness of the fjord landscape will make you feel true Nordic emotions.
Kongsfjord is a fishing hamlet with approx. 20 inhabitants. Kongsfjord is one of the few towns that escaped the disastrous burning inferno, when the Germans retreated in 1944. Several ancient houses from the period before II World War are still remaining, some dating back to the end of the 19th century.
Here nature offers superb arctic landscapes: sea, lakes, rivers and mountains with amazing trails and observation places for nature lovers, birders and photographers.

Kongsfjord, located at the fjord with the same name, is a true pearl of the Varanger Peninsula. From the first impact, Kongsfjord will win you over with its beauties and its wide horizons.
